📔We're PaddyCaddy — built by a small team who got tired of watching private thoughts scatter across sticky notes, half-finished text drafts, and screenshots nobody could ever find again. We wanted one quiet place to keep a day, a feeling, or a photo exactly where we'd left it.

🔐Our mission is simple: give people a personal archive that actually stays personal. PaddyCaddy was designed from day one to work entirely offline, locked behind your own passcode, so the only person who ever reads your entries is you.

Every note, memory, and attached photo sits on the date it belongs to, so your journal grows into a real chronological record — not a pile of loose entries you have to dig through. Privacy policy

Nothing collected. Nothing to protect but what's already yours.

The short version: PaddyCaddy does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Every entry, photo, and note lives only on your own device.

PaddyCaddy does not collect any information whatsoever. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no names, no email addresses, and no location data requested or gathered. The app does not run analytics and does not build a profile of you in any form. Everything you type — journal entries, daily plans, photos you attach — exists only because you chose to put it there, and it never leaves your device through us.
Because we do not collect any information, we have nothing to use, analyze, aggregate, or sell. Every feature — the calendar view, the passcode lock, photo attachments, and the local search tool — runs entirely on-device, with no server-side component ever reading or interpreting your content.
All entries, dates, notes, and photos are stored locally on your device's own storage. PaddyCaddy has no cloud backend, no remote database, and no synchronization service. Nothing you write or attach is ever transmitted to us or to any external server, at any time.
PaddyCaddy does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external SDKs of any kind. The app is a closed, self-contained tool, so there is no third party with any access to your data.
Because your journal never travels off your device, the security model is intentionally simple: your numeric passcode gates access to the app itself, and your device's own storage and operating system protections handle the rest. There is no server-side database to breach, because no such database exists.
PaddyCaddy does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with COPPA by design — there is simply nothing to gather from any age group.
You are always in full control of your journal. There are no accounts to manage and no cloud backups sitting on our end — deleting the app from your device permanently removes all associated entries, notes, and photos, with nothing left behind on our systems, because nothing was ever stored there in the first place.
We may occasionally update this policy to reflect changes to the app's features. Any revision will be posted here with an updated effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
